THE MONROE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2023 AT 6:30 P.M HAS BEEN CANCELLED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR THE MARCH 28, 2023 MEETING OF THE MONROE TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO BE HELD AT 6:30 P.M. IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING:
1) 283 Applegarth Realty, LLC for property located at 283 Applegarth Road, Block 20.02, Lot 26 (Application No.: BA-5231-22) for final site plan approval with bulk variances to demolish the existing site improvements and construct a 8,000 square foot medical office building.
2) Monroe Solar Farm, LLC for property located on Hoffman Station Road, Block 49, Lot 18.01 (Application No.: BA-5187-20) for amended use variance approval; preliminary and final site plan approval and minor subdivision approval to separate an approved solar array from the remainder of the property; thereby reducing the size of the property on which the solar array is located.
