PUBLIC

Mr. Mark Klein, stated his objection to the over building and the cause of the overcrowding in the schools. Mentioned the SARLO act and that this law was entirely for the builders and the Towns.  If that was the case, the builders should have to revert back to the original zones.  We need to slow done.

Mr. Phil Levy, stated that there is a problem with the installation of traffic signals and the builders should be held responsible and have them installed immediately.  The professionals for the Town should look further into this matter.

Ms. Barbara Vascardi, 19 Timberhill Road, stated she is new at appearing at meetings.  What is the proper forum, to wait and speak or can we have meetings during the day to see and discus matters.  (Chairman Rothman stated there is a Planning and Zoning Department and there is a staff there, you may want to reach out to them.)

Ms. Michelle Arminio, 9 Nathaniel Street, stated as a concerned resident feels it is wrong to be restricted on time speaking and feels she is the only one called out on it.  There is freedom of speech.  Moving on to the builders, they should be held to the ordinance standards and not granted waivers and variances.  The ordinance should be upheld.  Stated she’s been a resident for over 30 years and loves this community and likes to be involved, but not limited after listening to an applicant for hours and the public only gets 5 minutes to get their thoughts across.

A motion to adjourn at 9:45 p.m. made by Mr. Andy Paluri and seconded by Mrs. Karen Polidoroand passed unanimously by all members of the Board present.

Respectfully submitted,
