In an effort to effectively marshal local and other resources in the best interests of all Monroe Township residents, Chief Michael J. Biennas, with the full support of Mayor Gerald W. Tamburro, declared a local State of Emergency in Monroe Township (Middlesex County) beginning at 2 p.m. on March 14. This allows for the procurement of supplies and resources necessary to address this local health emergency.
