NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Township Clerk of the Township of Monroe, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as shown below, at the Township of Monroe, 1 Municipal Plaza, Room 107, Monroe Twp., NJ 08831, at which time the bids will be brought to the Council Room, opened and read aloud in public for:

CONTRACT:           U-2506-R, “WATER & SEWER SYSTEM APPURTENANCES”

OPENING DATE:    AUGUST 20, 2025

OPENING TIME:    11:00 AM PREVAILING TIME

Sealed bids will be opened and read in public for consideration by the Township of Monroe at the Municipal Complex on Perrineville Road on Wednesday, July 30 at 10:00 am prevailing time.  All sealed bids will be accepted In the Office of the Township Clerk, Room 107, prior to the time of the Bid Opening when called by the Township Clerk.

SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE MONROE TOWNSHIP CLERK’S OFFICE LOCATED AT ROOM 107 WITHIN TOWN HALL, AT 1 MUNICIPAL PLAZA, MONROE TWP, NEW JERSEY 08831.  BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE TOWN CLERK BY 10:30 A.M., PREVAILING TIME ON MAY 2, 2025, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE COUNCIL ROOM, OPENED, AND PUBLICLY READ ALOUD.
