Signed into law by Governor Murphy on June 30, 2025, L.2025.c72 reflects the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms effective March 1, 2026.

TOWNSHIP OF MONROE, MIDDLESEX COUNTY

Effective after March 1, 2026, the complete text of each legal notice for the Township of Monroe may be obtained or viewed by the public on the official internet website www.monroetwp.com.  In addition, a hyperlink will be provided no later than March 1, 2026 by the Secretary of State to the legal notice webpage for each public entity in the State of New Jersey. The aforementioned is in accordance with P.L. 2025, c.72.
