STATE AND NJDOH STATISTICS:  

  • NJ hospitals currently have 1,740 patients being treated for COVID-19 – the fifth straight 6082day of being below 2,000 statewide; Field Medical Stations reported 16 patients.
  • 94 new hospitalizations and 112 patients were discharged from the hospital yesterday.
  • 498 patients in either critical or intensive care – cut 50% in the past three weeks; 361 ventilators currently in use.
  • The rate of spread for each new case remains below one.
  • The daily positivity rate for tests from June 4 was 3.6%.
