REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TOWNSHIP OF MONROE
PROPOSAL TITLE: VENDING MACHINE SERVICES
OPENING DATE: THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2026
OPENING TIME: 10:00 AM PREVAILING TIME
The Township requests proposals from qualified firms to provide snack and beverage vending machine services throughout six Township properties, as required in these specifications.
All sealed proposals shall be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Paper proposals will not be accepted. All required documents may be examined and/or secured by prospective bidders through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Proposals will not be accepted after the specified time. Proposal results will be publicly posted on the OpenGov Procurement Portal.
This contract is for the furnishing, installation and maintenance of various snack & beverage machines at assorted Township buildings. The contract shall be for two (2) years, with three (3) one year extensions.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of $500.00. Proposers providing Cashier's Check or Certified Check must submit check in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the proposer and labelled with "2026 Vending Machines", addressed to the Monroe Township Clerk, Monroe Twp. Municipal Complex, Room 107, 1 Municipal Plaza, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 prior to the time of opening.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informality, and to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, best serves its interest.Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
