NOTICE TO BIDDERS - U-2605 - WATER & WASTEWATER LABORATORY ANALYSIS SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Township of Monroe, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey through the OpenGov Procurement Portal as shown below, at which time bids will be opened and read in public for:

PROPOSAL TITLE:  U-2605 WATER & WASTEWATER LABORATORY ANALYSIS SERVICES

OPENING DATE:      TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2026

OPENING TIME:      10:00 AM PREVAILING TIME

All sealed bids shall be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal.

Paper bids will not be accepted. All required documents may be examined and/or secured by prospective bidders through the OpenGov Procurement Portal.  Bids will not be accepted after the specified time. Bid results will be publicly posted on the OpenGov Procurement Portal.

This contract is for the furnishing of laboratory analysis services on potable water and wastewater, as required in these specifications. Laboratory field sampling and analysis is required on Bacteriological tests.

The contract shall be for twelve (12) months, with the option for three (3) twelve-month extensions.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of $500.00.  Bidders providing Cashier's Check or Certified Check must submit check in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and labelled with "U-2605 Water & Wastewater Laboratory Analysis Services", addressed to the Monroe Township Clerk, Monroe Twp. Municipal Complex, Room 107, 1 Municipal Plaza, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 prior to the time of opening.

The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves its interest. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
