Request for Use Variance and Final Site Plan

Zone: HD (Highway Development)

Description: Additon of Chipotle, additional Signage and Parking.

Approval………. Granted.                             

Resolutions of the Zoning Board, with respect to the above decisions, will be memorialized at the next regular meeting of said Board, and upon adoption will be available for public inspection.

Resolutions memorializing the above decisions were adopted by the Monroe Township Planning Board on September 29, 2026, and are available at the Monroe Township Planning Office for public inspection.
