NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT FOR AN ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
The Township of Monroe intends to purchase through the Omnia Partners Cooperative (“Omnia”) under contract number R221504 for ENERGY SOLUTIONS from SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BUILDINGS AMERICAS, INC. The Township of Monroe is a member of Omnia whose contract term with SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BUILDINGS AMERICAS, INC. expires on June 30, 2026. The Monroe contract period is anticipated to be from June 2024 – March 2026.
It is the intent of the Township of Monroe to award a contract to SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BUILDINGS AMERICAS, INC pursuant to the proposal submitted by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC in response to the request by Monroe for a proposal under Omnia Contract R221504. The Township of Monroe is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
