STATE AND NJDOH STATISTICS:
- NJ hospitals currently have 1,351 patients being treated for COVID-19. Field medical stations reported 6 patients.
- 402 patients in either critical or intensive care; 66% on ventilators; 267 ventilators in use.
- The daily spot positivity rate for tests from June 11 was 2.6%.
- “We continue to see statewide declines in: total and new hospitalizations, ICU beds filled and ventilators in use,” said Governor Murphy.

LOW-RISK COMPETITIVE YOUTH SPORTS TO RESUME JUNE 22; HIGHER-RISK SPORTS TO RESUME LATER: Governor Murphy issued guidance today allowing low-risk organized sports such as golf and tennis to resume competition on June 22. Medium- and high-risk sports such as soccer and football may also resume non-contact drills and practices on Monday, 6/22.
