- 187 patients in either critical or intensive care; 152 ventilators in use.
- The daily spot positivity rate for tests from July 2 was 2.14; rate of transmission is 1.03. This is the first time the rate of spread has been higher than 1.0 in the last ten weeks.
- Visit covid19.nj.gov/travel for more information on travel advisory for NJ. In North Jersey, several new cases are tied to people who went to a wedding in Myrtle Beach.

DON’T LET THE SPREAD HAPPEN HERE: Monroe residents are strongly encouraged to continue to wear face masks anytime you are in public, wash and sanitize hands often, maintain social distancing of 6’ at home, at work and at play!
