“Keeping our residents safe comes before anything else we do for our community. The Monroe Township Police Department, led by Chief Michael Biennas is second to none,” said Mayor Stephen Dalina. “Township Council and I are immensely thankful and proud of the daily work of our men and women in blue. We are committed to providing our police force with the necessary resources to be most effective. This recognition year after year is a testament to their hard work.”
