If you are planning construction work to your home, chances are you'll need a permit.
Please call the Construction Department to obtain building permits and inspections. Construction work will be inspected in accordance with the State Uniform Construction Code Regulations N.J.A.C. 5:23-2.18.
The owner or person responsible for the construction work must notify this office to ensure paper work and approvals are completed in the correct order.

*New Jersey State Law 13:45A – 16.2 mandates that final inspections for building, electric, plumbing, fire protection and elevators must be completed before final payment is made to contractor.
