NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Monroe Township Council held on June 29, 2026.  Said Ordinance will again be read and considered for final passage at the next scheduled meeting of the Monroe Township Council to be held on August 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Monroe Township Municipal Building, 1 Municipal Plaza, Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831.   At said time and place all persons having an interest in the foregoing Ordinance will be granted an opportunity to be heard concerning the same prior to consideration for final passage by the Council.

Notice is hereby given that the following entitled Ordinance was introduced and passed on First Reading at the regular meeting of the Monroe Township Council held on June 29, 2026.  Furthermore, this Ordinance was adopted after a Public Hearing was held at the August 3, 2026 meeting of the Monroe Township Council which was held in the Monroe Twp. Municipal Building, One Municipal Plaza, Monroe Twp., N.J.  08831 and was thereafter approved and signed by the Mayor on August 4, 2026.

NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY

The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Monroe, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, on September 2, 2026.  It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held at the Municipal Building, One Municipal Plaza, in the Township on October 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.  During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full bond ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerk's office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.  The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows:

NOTICE OF DECISION

PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MONROE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 26, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Monroe authorized the settlement of the litigation captioned Federal Business Centers, Inc. v. Monroe Township Planning Board, et al., Docket No. MID-L-272-25 and adopted a resolution memorializing the Board’s action.  The resolution which was memorialized by the Board on February 26, 2026, and all other relevant documents, are on file for public inspection in the Planning Office, 1 Municipal Plaza, Monroe, New Jersey; and are available for inspection during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday.

PUBLIC NOTICE

            TAKE  NOTICE  that the following matters were discussed and voted upon at the regular meeting of the Monroe Township Planning Board, held on April 23, 2026:

PB-1272-25  Ares QR III Acquisitions, LLC

            Request for Preliminary and Final Site Plan with Bulk Variances
            Block 3, Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.04 and 24.05 (Route #33)
            Zone: HD (Highway Development)

Description: The Application seeks preliminary and final major site plan approval, with variances and design waivers, to construct on the property an approximately 146,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility, with accessory office space and other related site improvements, including, without limitation, signage, sidewalk, driveway, parking, loading, utility, drainage, lighting and landscaping improvements.

                        Approval………. Granted.

Resolutions of the Planning Board, with respect to the above decisions, will be memorialized at the next regular meeting of said Board, and upon adoption will be available for public inspection.

No resolutions to be adopted.
